WHAT KIND OF WORK DO YOU DO?
We provide every service necessary to repair your property and/or restore your personal belongings. We handle many claims, including: flooded family rooms, to buildings that have burnt to the ground.

WHO DECIDES WHICH CONTRACTOR DOES THE WORK?
You do! Of course the estimate will need to be competitively priced and accurately assessed. Most companies want their insured to choose who will do the work. Insurance companies usually work with the contractor of your choice.

DO YOU DO EVERYTHING?
We can provide all the necessary repairs you may need, the exception being concrete work.

DO I NEED MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE?
Most insurance companies are capable of providing their own estimates written by their adjusters. Sometimes their estimates can be used to compare with your contractor's estimate. On smaller claims, usually less than $2,000, insurance companies will require 2 bids since an adjuster will not be assigned to that particular claim, and the insurance company will not prepare their own estimate.

AFTER ABLE SERVICES INSPECTS THE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY, THEN WHAT HAPPENS?
After the estimate is written your insurance company and you need to reach a decision based upon fairness of each bid and whether it describes the work needing to be done. When a price is agreed upon between your insurance company and your contractor of choice, then you need to inform us. This allows us to start the repair process, and necessary paperwork.

WHO CAN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CLAIM?
While questions to what is covered should be addressed to your insurance adjuster, most questions regarding your claim can be answered by your contractor regarding estimating, pricing, type of scheduling, etc. Experienced contractors are usually able to give you a good idea as to what to expect. ???? your insurance company and other specific questions that you may have about repairs and the ??? process.
